**Candidate must be able to work on W2*Job Title: Business Analyst – Project LeadLocation: 400 Otarre Parkway, Cayce, SC 29033Work Mode: Remote (Quarterly onsite visits required)Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)Interview Process: 1 Round – Virtual (Camera On)Responsibilities• Serve as Cerner Analyst for PowerChart implementation, providing system optimization, testing, and validation. • Complete Cerner PowerChart build including PowerNote, PowerForm, PowerPlan, ESH, and Dynamic Docs. • Provide knowledge and understanding of DCWs, maintenance, and Discern rules writing for specific Cerner solutions. • Collaborate with Clinical Analysts on current and future state workflows and project documentation; study and learn assigned system capabilities. • Deliver or lead the design, development, support, maintenance, and deployment of functional applications and information support processes. • Lead resolution of highly complex issues requiring technical expertise; perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and critical thinking for medium to high complexity problems. • Utilize knowledge management practices and escalate issues when necessary. • Follow appropriate change control processes at all times. • Complete tasks and documentation within committed timelines and communicate effectively across teams and leadership. • Lead technical analysis discussions, deliver supporting artifacts, and assist with review sessions for approvals. • Develop, maintain, and review knowledge management artifacts; lead transition to operations post-implementation. • Participate in application training during implementation, upgrades, and fixes. • Lead product release management including test plan development, execution, UAT facilitation, and validation scripting. • Troubleshoot FSI, ESI, and ESO issues, including bi-directional interface and order linkage. • Provide guidance, training, and problem-solving support to team members and operational teams. • Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. • Work with IT staff to understand technical functionality and security standards. • Collaborate with program area system owners to understand business functions and requirements. • Maintain mapping logs of current interfaces. • Assist in resolving system-related issues and user access/security permissions. • Provide system user training for onboarding and ongoing support. • Support program areas during scheduled EHR events. • Create and maintain system and training documentation. • Maintain SharePoint content for system collaboration sites. • Develop technical reports by analyzing system trends and performance. • Monitor data quality and implement improvements for accuracy. • Review and monitor system usage reports. • Support system software lifecycle processes. • Coordinate system testing and production validation. • Present system improvements to IT and business stakeholders. • Maintain system protocols by documenting and updating procedures. Required Skills• 5+ years of experience with IT Healthcare Systems and Application Support • 5+ years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst • 5+ years of experience with HL7 language • 5+ years of experience with Foreign Systems Integration (FSI) • 5+ years of experience with Cerner Olympus • 5+ years of experience compiling reports Preferred Skills• Cerner CCL query language • Cerner HNA User • Cerner Bedrock • Cerner Remedy • Cerner Reference Lab Network (RLN) • Cerner Work Queue Manager (WQM) • Cerner Remote Report Distribution (RRD) • JavaScript • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), MS Outlook, MS SharePoint
