Traffic & Booth Attendant

Essential Functions- Direct inbound and outbound traffic- Change and move signage as directed- Cone off and open parking spaces/levels as directed- Walk garage levels and report hazards, maintenance issues; suspicious activity to various teams- Physically count occupied and un-occupied parking spaces- Communicate parking policy to patrons- Provides the highest level of guest service– Train new team members (Traffic & Booth Attendants only)- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property and promotions- Provides guests with directions and information about Greektown District- May operate, and move guest vehicles if necessary- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property- Other duties as assigned- Ability to perform basic math functions- Excellent communication skills- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English- Understand and comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures- Ability to express ideas or make recommendations concerning job related issues- Learn specific job duties and complete work assignments; maintain knowledge of basic concepts and techniques- Ability to work and make decisions under stressful conditions- Must provide superior guest serviceWe've grown to become the leading provider of integrated entertainment, sports content, and casino gaming experiences thanks to our 43 destinations across North America, online sports betting and iCasino via theScore Bet Sportsbook and Casino.Being an industry leader means more than being a purveyor of fun.
