Job Title: Consumables Manufacturing Associate Location: Lawrence, MA Pay Rate: $25.00 - $25.03/hr Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMJob Summary The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for executing the production of consumables while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and efficiency metrics. Operating within a cleanroom environment, this role involves the precise handling of small components and rigorous documentation of all production activities to ensure ISO compliance and product integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacturing Execution: Execute consumables manufacturing processes according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Cleanroom Operations: Operate in controlled cleanroom environments following strict contamination control protocols and handling materials with precision.Quality & Compliance: Ensure all products meet rigorous quality specifications and maintain ISO compliance standards throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.Documentation & Systems: Accurately document production activities and utilize computer systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting.Team Collaboration: Work effectively under the guidance of Group Leaders or trainers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.Support: Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned by management.Qualifications & RequirementsTechnical Skills & Experience:Manufacturing Knowledge: Basic manufacturing knowledge and professional experience in a production environment.Procedural Accuracy: Ability to read, understand, and execute highly detailed SOPs with exceptional attention to detail.Computer Literacy: Proficiency with basic computer applications and manufacturing data systems.Quality Awareness: Awareness of ISO quality systems and compliance requirements.Physical Requirements:Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift duration.Lifting: Capability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly.Dexterity: Manual dexterity for the precise handling of small components and the ability to perform repetitive movements.Environment: Ability to work comfortably in a cleanroom environment requiring specific gowning protocols.Soft Skills:Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.Mindset: A team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt to varying assignments and priorities.EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
