RCM Quality Assurance Specialist

A company is looking for a RCM Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee the quality of records and provide analysis in the RCM department. Key Responsibilities Audit RCM accounts daily to ensure accuracy based on QA policies Document QA findings and prepare monthly summary reports for management Identify common errors and collaborate with management to improve training processes Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree in RHIT preferred Five (5) or more years of related RCM QA audit experience or equivalent education and experience Working knowledge of RCM billing systems Good computer skills, including multitasking on multiple screens
