This is a fully remote opportunity focused on MDU/MTU build management, network readiness, data integrity, and cross-functional coordination supporting large-scale wireless infrastructure programs.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced telecom environments and enjoys solving complex network provisioning and addressing challenges. The position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are deployment-ready, technically accurate, and aligned with Open For Sales (OFS) timelines across multiple major U.S. markets.LocationRemote (U.S.)Preferred markets include:Atlanta, GAMiami, FLTampa, FLDallas, TXHouston, TXPhoenix, AZCharlotte, NCLas Vegas, NVChicago, ILKey ResponsibilitiesExecute complex data correction activities including:Aggregate ID validationSplit PID managementAddress creation and insertionPrevent downstream provisioning and deployment failures through detailed data validation.Analyze MDU/MTU addressing structures, architecture, and site survey designs.Partner with Engineering, Operations, Construction, and Sales teams to support accurate network build designs.Monitor project progress and ensure Open For Sales (OFS) milestones are achieved.Support nationwide 5G/FWA deployment initiatives and donor site coordination.Identify and resolve site data discrepancies impacting deployment readiness.Manage large volumes of concurrent projects while maintaining accuracy and process compliance.Translate technical site and network issues into actionable solutions for field and construction teams.Required Skills & ExperienceProven success managing high-volume telecom project pipelines.Strong understanding of:5G architectureFixed Wireless Access (FWA)MDU/MTU network deploymentsDonor site dynamicsExperience with:Address validationProperty/Parcel ID (PID) managementGIS-based systems and mapping toolsStrong project coordination and organizational skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating cross-functionally.Desired QualificationsExceptional attention to detail with a “whole and correct the first time” mindset.Ability to manage rapid ADHOC requests while maintaining standardized operational processes.Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience supporting telecom construction, network deployment, or provisioning operations.Education & Experience3–5+ years of experience in:Telecom Project ManagementNetwork EngineeringWireless Deployment OperationsEquivalent industry experience considered in lieu of formal education.Technology & Industry Focus5G Wireless NetworksFixed Wireless Access (FWA)MDU/MTU DeploymentsGIS & Addressing SystemsTelecom Construction & ProvisioningNetwork Readiness & OFS Management
