This firm emphasizes craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork.Position SummaryThe Construction Superintendent is responsible for managing field operations from project kickoff through completion across concrete, masonry, and general building projects of varying scale. This role oversees day-to-day site execution to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.Primary responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and site crews, maintaining project schedules, monitoring costs, supporting procurement activities, and enforcing safety procedures.
