Sr Software Integration Engineer

This role will manage customer integrations, troubleshoot complex software and integration issues, and support authentication, authorization, federation, and cloud-based identity services.The ideal candidate will combine strong systems integration and technical troubleshooting experience with customer-facing communication and project coordination skills.ResponsibilitiesManage customer integration activities from requirements gathering through implementationIntegrate services and applications across multiple enterprise systemsImplement and support authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, federation, and cloud infrastructureTroubleshoot complex software and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutionsBrief program and customer leadership on technical and functional aspects of products and implementationsTranslate customer requirements into technical solutions and identify when customization of standard solutions is necessaryPerform software testing and validation and improve testing procedures as neededSupport requirements gathering and usability sessions to feed capabilities into CI/CD pipelinesDevelop and maintain enterprise architecture documentation, technical processes, and proceduresIdentify integration impediments and escalate significant technical or programmatic issues to leadershipCollaborate with technical teams, customers, and external partners throughout the integration lifecycleRequired QualificationsMust posses an active TS/SCI Security ClearanceMust be willing to obtain a polygraph upon hireBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with eight (8) years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with six (6) years of relevant experienceExperience with systems integration, software implementation, or related technical environmentsExperience troubleshooting software issues, identifying root causes, and recommending solutionsDemonstrated ability to document technical processes and proceduresAbility to identify customer requirements that require customization beyond standard solutionsStrong written and verbal communication skills with experience working directly with customers and external stakeholdersAbility to communicate technical and functional concepts to program and customer leadershipActive TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly eligibilitySecurity+ / DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of startDesired QualificationsActive TS/SCI clearance with CI PolygraphActive CompTIA Security+ certificationExperience with strong authentication technologies and protocols, including PKI and SSLLinux systems administration experienceKnowledge of SDLC, Scrum, and Agile development processesExperience with Oracle Identity and Access Management technologies, including Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)Knowledge of Ping Identity, Kubernetes, Docker, and AnsibleKnowledge of OAuth, SAML, PKI, and related authentication standardsKnowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, and LDAPKnowledge of Authentication (AuthN), Authorization (AuthZ), Digital Policy Management (DPM), Entitlement Management (EM), and Authoritative Attributes (AuthA)#CJFantom Corp is a Software Development, Agile Cloud, Software Development, Cyber Security (Risk Management, Assessments & Authorization (A&A)), Data, AI Platform (Computer Vision Models), Podcasting Media Services, and IT Services provider.
