Role Overview This position will serve primarily as a Parts Runner. The role will also support the Stockroom Clerks and assist the Materials Manager with materials-related tasks and stockroom responsibilities as needed. Location This position is with INDOT's Seymour. Pay Rate This position traditionally starts at an hourly rate of $20.00 but may be commensurate with education and work experience. A Day in the Life Pick up and deliver parts as requested. Support stockroom operations including organizing, stocking, and inventory tasks. Fill in for Stockroom Clerks when needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of parts storage areas to support efficient operations Assist the Materials Manager with materials audits, documentation, and general duties. What You'll Need for Success: Ability to navigate and transport parts efficiently. Strong organizational skills. Willingness to assist with various materials and stockroom tasks. Dependability and flexibility in supporting multiple operational needs. Please let me know if you need anything additional. Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports: This role may be utilized in a supervisory capacity based on agency needs.
