Product Lead

Key Responsibilities:Responsible for processing, distributing, and logging all new/change orders and RFPs in accordance with established proceduresMaintain and update internal procedures as required for continuous improvement as well as establishing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)Manage coordination of end customer/government and commercial orders/contracts. Knowledge of terms & conditions to Commercial department upon receipt to ensure all information is accurate and acceptableSupport business development efforts to generate new ordersActively engage our customers and Sales team (Manufacturers Representatives & Distributors) to identify new opportunities and future programsSupport Business Development financial planning budget & forecast based on customer’s existing /future programs projectionsGenerate and distribute sales reports as requiredVisit and manage customers/Reps/Sales team as directed by managementKnowledgeable of export compliance. Prepare DD250’s on government orders where requiredAttend regularly scheduled production meetings to ensure our commitments to the customers are being met and issues resolvedCoordinate information between various departments ensuring a timely flow of data into Sales & BD DepartmentMaintain our customer relationships by responding and following through on all customer requestsPrioritize and monitor workload to achieve departmental objectivesFollow up on quotes from submittal to win or loss; manage the win/loss reportCarry out other duties as reasonably required by ManagementQualify lead and new business opportunities (NBOs) Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree (Technical) or applicable experience5+ years in promoting specialized Electrical Assemblies (HMIs, EMI Filters, Capacitors, Magnetics, Avionics sensing & control, etc.)Knowledge of Government contractsThis position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export AuthorizationAbility to travel 20% to customer locations in the U.S Desired Skills:Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with personnel at all levels of the organizationAbility to liaise with both internal and external customers and key stakeholdersAbility to work effectively and achieve targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentComfortable managing a varied workload, with the ability to identify priority tasksWorking knowledge of ERP and MRP systemsExcellent planning and organizational skillsAbility to work to deadlines and operate under minimal directionStrong MS Office skills
