BCforward will provide official notice ahead of a confirmed start dateExpected Duration: 4+ MonthsPotential Extension/Conversion: High potential for extensionJob Type: Full time (40 Hours per Week)Pay Range: $55-$58hrAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Events Lead, Recruiting Programs to support the execution of high-volume recruiting events and intern program experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented event professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing logistics, vendors, timelines, and event operations.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute recruiting and intern-focused events from planning through completionManage event timelines, logistics, and onsite coordinationBuild and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and process documentationCoordinate with vendors, venues, catering partners, and AV teamsManage event technology platforms, registrations, and attendee trackingTrack budgets, reconcile expenses, and support post-event reportingPartner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event executionRequired Qualifications3–5 years of event coordination, event operations, or project management experienceStrong event planning and logistics management skillsExperience managing external vendors and event partnersExcellent documentation and SOP creation abilitiesStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting recruiting events, university recruiting, or internship programsExperience with event management platforms such as Splash or CventBudget tracking and post-event analytics experienceBenefits:We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance to support employees' health and well-being.
