Location United States Start and end date 05 Oct 2026 – 05 Oct 2027 Indicative hourly rate $40 – 45/hr Respond by 30 Sept 2026 Role summary / purpose A skilled professional is sought for a 12-month contract position within the Carrier Services team. This role offers the possibility of extension based on budgetary considerations and performance. The position involves managing wireline and wireless carrier services, utilizing telecom expense management systems, and supporting projects with cost-effective connectivity solutions. Key responsibilities Manage wireline circuit orders and maintain carrier relationships Manage wireless device carriers support and associated invoicing Utilize Telecom Expense Management (TEM) system to process ServiceNow orders Collaborate with TEM provider to manage orders and set priorities Support projects by providing cost-effective connection options and identifying cost-effective telecom and telemetry options Requirements – education & experience Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in a Telecom team, specifically in Carrier Orders or Carrier provisioning roles Strong understanding of telecommunications technology and solutions, particularly in leased circuit technology and wireless IoT connections Experience in circuit vendor management and circuit/voice provisioning Required skills Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain stakeholder relationships Good presentation skills Nice-to-have / preferred skills Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerBI Experience with Tangoe/Rivermine or other Telecom Expense Management software Background in Carrier plan optimizations Employment details – type, location, hours 12-month contract position with possibility of extension based on budgetary considerations and performance.
