Manufacturing Engineer

Skills: Design fixture and jigs, Autocad / SolidWorks skills, Electronics manufacturing,Define and solve technical problems in manufacturing, assembly, and testing environments.Implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives on assigned product lines.Collaborate with design engineering teams to enhance manufacturability of products.Develop efficient production workflows and determine optimal sequencing of operations.Prepare cost estimates for proposed projects and analyse cost factors.Support facility layouts for manufacturing processes and equipment as needed.Solve manufacturing challenges of varying complexity.Design tools, fixtures, and gauges using SolidWorks or similar to improve manufacturing processes and address safety concerns.3D printing of fixtures.Create detailed assembly work instructions using Microsoft Power Point.Program laser printers and develop operator instructions for laser printing processes.Utilize RTX-Lifecycle-Program-Management (RLPM) for New Product Introduction projects (NPI) to develop build plans for new designs.Develop and maintain production routers and bill of materials.
