Patient Care Coordinator

Job Description We are seeking an individual with an eager, and compassionate attitude to join our non-profit healthcare clinic. This role serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and plays a key role in creating a positive and welcoming first impression. Patience, professionalism, and empathy are essential when interacting with our clients.Reliable transportation and dependability are required. Basic to intermediate computer skills are necessary; experience with the Athena Healthcare system is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Answer and triage incoming phone callsClient triage and testingCoordinate and schedule appointmentsCollaborate with other medical officesCoordinate client transportationScan and file documentsPerform basic data entry in the EHR systemSchedule & Requirements:Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMOccasional weekend work may be requiredWillingness to travel between clinic locations (Titusville & Rockledge)Company DescriptionHealth Care ClinicCompany DescriptionHealth Care Clinic
