Job Description Account Manager – Building ServicesFull TimePay: FROM $20.00 DOE About UsWe are a family-owned and operated service company serving Central Florida for over 40 years.Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Janitorial Project Manager to oversee our quality control quality program, across multiple client sites. The successful candidate must have strong computer abilities, organizational skills, loyalty, and the ability to communicate, motivate, and cultivate a "Team" environment. This role combines Customer Service, Quality Control, and Administrative Duties.ResponsibilitiesMeet with building tenants to ensure satisfactionConduct regular cleaning inspections and quality control checksRespond promptly to service requests and resolve issuesManage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, spread sheets and correspondenceGenerate supply inventory and maintenance reportsTravel locally between client sites (clean driving record required)QualificationsMust pass a background checkProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesManagement or supervisory experience preferredFamiliarity with janitorial or facilities maintenance is helpful but not required Schedule & CompensationMonday through Friday, 40 hours per weekOccasional weekends with overtime payStarting pay: $20.00 per hour BenefitsPaid holidays and PTOCommission opportunities401(k) with company matchingHealth and vision insurance Work LocationIn personLocal travel required between buildings in Central Florida
