In business for over 25 years, we are the Cleaning Experts!Job Description:Tech is responsible for projects from start to finish in all facets of interior and exterior window cleaning, soft washing (houses, decks, patios), gutter cleaning and repair, and power washing. Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are extremely important. This position is also responsible for completing estimates and bids, and customer follow-up as needed. Work is scheduled Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm with occasional Saturday.Minimum Qualifications:Experience is a plus but not required - however we will train the right minded and motivated applicants!Excellent customer service skillsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsWillingness / ability to do ladder / high cleaning (residential work usually consists of 1 to 2 stories, or 2 stories plus basement)Clean and professional appearancePunctual and dependableAbility to lift 25 lbs. consistently Physically able to perform job duties including standing, climbing up and down ladder, bending, lifting, for 8 hours or more a dayJob Type: Full-timeApplicants should adhere to our company's grooming and appearance standards, which prohibit facial tattoosBenefits offered:Full-time employees are eligible for company-supplemented insurance after 60 days.Job Type: Full-timePay:Up to $30 per hour or higher based on experience for commission eligible employeesEmployees are paid weekly.
