Senior RF Systems Specialist - Coppell, TX or Milpitas, CA
We are seeking an experienced RF Systems Specialist. This is a high-impact technical leadership role focused on architecting advanced RF and wireless solutions across Aerospace & Defense (A&D) and OTA applications. This role combines deep RF expertise, customer-facing solution architecture, complex problem solving, and professional services development to help drive next-generation system solutions and recurring services growth. The position can be based out of our DFW Area location, or our office in the Bay Area.Your tasksPartner with customers to jointly architect complex RF, OTA, wireless, and A&D solutionsLead technical discovery, requirements analysis, and solution definition activitiesDesign end-to-end RF system solutions including hardware, software, OTA, chamber, and integrated system architecturesCreate detailed technical proposals, BOMs, SOWs, and customer quotationsSolve highly complex RF, system integration, interoperability, and performance challengesAct as senior technical escalation point for strategic customer opportunities and deploymentsDevelop and support professional services offerings including integration, deployment, optimization, training, and lifecycle support servicesCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, services, and support teamsSupport growth initiatives across A&D, wireless, and advanced RF application spacesMentor internal technical teams on advanced RF systems and solution architecture best practicesYour QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Physics, or related field10+ years of experience in RF systems engineering, wireless systems, or solution architectureStrong expertise in RF systems, OTA testing, antennas, wireless communications, and RF test methodologiesExperience architecting complex customer solutions and creating detailed technical quotations/proposalsExperience solving advanced technical and system integration challengesExperience developing or supporting professional services offerings in RF or wireless environments a plusKnowledge of A&D, OTA, radar/EW, wireless infrastructure, or RF test & measurement environments preferredStrong customer-facing communication and technical leadership skillsIn order to be considered, candidates must reside in the U.S. and have US citizenship or valid permanent work authorization. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level.
