Safety Professionals - Electrical Construction

With a strong pipeline of projects, we are looking for multiple safety professionals to join our team.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the safety activities of electrical field crews of 20+ members.Conduct regular safety meetings, manage costs, and ensure schedules are adhered to.Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all field crew members.Perform safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Develop and deliver safety training programs to educate field crews on best practices and safety procedures.Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Maintain and procure necessary safety supplies and equipment.Collaborate with project managers and executives to integrate safety into project planning and execution.Stay updated on industry safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance.Requirements:3+ years of safety leadership experience in the electrical field.Proven track record of managing safety programs and initiatives.Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations.Experience in conducting safety inspections and audits.Ability to develop and deliver effective safety training programs.Excellent communication and leadership skills.A project list showing project history and electrical values is highly preferred.Certification in electrical safety or related field is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary ($90-140k)Vacation/PTOMedical, Dental, VisionBonus401kIf you are an electrical safety professional with experience in electrical construction, we encourage you to apply today!
