The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing the strategic direction of product, culinary, and technology innovation within the spices sector. This role involves acting as the primary architect of the product growth plan, with a focus on enabling the achievement of strategic business objectives. The Head of Innovation will be expected to develop and drive the end-to-end innovation roadmap, lead the creation and application of innovative products, and provide thought leadership on new market opportunities. Strong leadership skills are essential for fostering a culture of innovation and driving cross-functional collaboration. Applicants for the Head of Innovation position must have an advanced degree in food science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 20 years' experience in ingredient excellence. A background in a spices ingredient or manufacturing company is preferred. The role requires a candidate who is customer-savvy, commercially focused, and a creative problem-solver. Strategic leadership, operational execution, and proven experience in leading innovation projects from concept to commercialization are also key requirements.
