JOB DESCRIPTION: The Program Analyst will be responsible in all aspects of producing deliverables to inform Task Managers decision-making. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactiveness, motivation to work in a collaborative environment, and ability to balance multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines are critical to success in this position. Help our customers solve complex problems; manage project communications, schedules, and workflow; strategically research and frame broad, multifaceted issues; and increase workforce productivity through process improvement. Serve as a member of the planning team as well as the execution team, tracking future/planned projects as performance trends weekly. Support customer with other tasks as assigned duties related to program management, execution, and communications. Qualifications REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE: Bachelor's degree and 0 years of Experience. Additional years of experience in lieu of degree will be accepted Intermediate experience in ALL Microsoft Suite products Expert in communications with senior leaders down to integration team. Active secret DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years preferred in supporting Program Managers with daily workload Prefer experience in Microsoft Projects.
