The Shop Scheduler is responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules that support efficient shop operations and on-time delivery. This role works cross-functionally to align materials, labor, equipment, and capacity, ensuring schedules are accurate, executable, and optimized for performance. Essential Functions: Develop and manage detailed production schedules based on demand, resources, and capacity constraints Monitor daily production and adjust schedules to address changes in materials, equipment, or labor availability Track and report on schedule adherence, production output, and overall performance Utilize ERP systems and planning tools to maintain accurate production data and reporting Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance workflow and efficiency Collaborate with production, engineering, procurement, and other teams to support operational goals Assist with forecasting, capacity planning, and order tracking Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. 47 years of related experience in production scheduling, shop scheduling, manufacturing planning, or a similar operational role. Experience working independently on moderately complex scheduling and planning activities. Experience with advanced planning tools and databases is strongly preferred. Experience in a fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial shop environment is preferred. EOE, including disability/vets
