Brake Press Operator | First & Second Shift | Woodlawn, OHWe are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating press brake machinery and will be responsible for producing high-quality metal components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of blueprints, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Responsibilities:Operate various sizes of brake press equipment (prefer experience with Cincinnati Incorporated equipment or similar)Perform all needed set-up and lay-out of equipment, tooling and jobsRead and interpret blueprints, specs and instructionsCheck parts to drawings and specs using tooling and gauges (calipers and micrometers etc.) as neededPerform forming to specified parametersLog all production activity into computerized production management system (JobBoss)Requirements:2+ years brake press experienceAbility to assist cell leader in quoting new projectsAbility to perform preventive maintenance for equipmentHave valid forklift license to assist with material handlingRecent job-shop experienceExperience running roll-forming equipmentAbility to troubleshoot and correct any forming issuesGood communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining or metal fabrication is a plus.Schedule:First Shift-6:00am-2:30pm Monday-FridaySecond Shift-2:30pm-1:00am Monday-ThursdayPay:$18-$27/hr paid weeklyIND123
