Refer a friend who’d be a great fit for One GI® and earn a special bonus when they join the team!What You’ll DoDrive Revenue & Financial InsightsOwn and enhance revenue recognition models across multiple practicesAnalyze trends in revenue, reserves, contractual adjustments, and reimbursementIdentify opportunities to improve predictability, performance, and financial visibilityPartner closely with Accounting and Revenue Cycle teams to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracyLead Financial Modeling & ForecastingBuild sophisticated financial models that support strategic planning and growthSupport budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiativesPerform scenario analysis, profitability modeling, and operational forecastingInfluence Executive Decision-MakingPrepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentationsTranslate complex financial data into actionable business recommendationsPresent insights related to revenue, margins, productivity, payer mix, and operational trendsSupport strategic initiatives through data-driven storytelling and analysisPartner Across the BusinessCollaborate with physician and operational leadership on productivity and performance analyticsSupport initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, and operational improvementWork cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, RCM, and Practice Operations teamsHelp Build Scalable ProcessesSupport optimization of Adaptive Planning and FP&A reporting toolsAssist with month-end close analytics and revenue reconciliationsHelp standardize reporting across a growing multi-site healthcare platformWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required, MBA or CPA is a plus, but not required3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, healthcare finance, or related fieldHealthcare or physician practice experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and revenue recognitionAdvanced Excel and financial modeling expertiseExperience with multi-site or multi-entity financial analysis preferredFamiliarity with RVU productivity metrics, payer mix analysis, and encounter analyticsExperience with Adaptive Planning or similar FP&A systems preferredAbility to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and proactively solve problems
