Child Care Worker

We are seeking ministry-minded individuals to be on our After School team. The Child Care Worker’s primary role is fostering youth development in an after school setting by leading elementary students in enrichment activities. We are looking for After School Teachers who are devoted to excellence, wholeheartedness, and developing kids to reach their full potential! You have the chance to have an eternal impact and be a role model to kids in your community. After School Teachers are non-exempt, part-time positions that average 17-20 hours per week. The Mentoring Alliance After School program serves schools in Whitehouse, Tyler, and Bullard.At Mentoring Alliance After School, we hire teachers, youth workers, teen workers, college students, mentors and more to serve and develop kids in our programs. As a Christian ministry we are geared toward serving kids and students in our community by offering awesome after school care and activities.Mentoring Alliance exists to mobilize godly people into the lives of kids and families, to provide tangible help and eternal hope. Our After School Teachers must have the desire to influence, impact and serve the kids and families in our community. Why?
