Role DescriptionThis is an incredible opportunity for an Architect with 8 + years experience in Commercial Base Building projects. Responsibilities include: overseeing the design, documentation, and coordination of projects from concept to completion; collaborating with clients and project teams; safeguarding design integrity; reviewing submittals; and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. This position requires you to be in the office 5 days a week,QualificationsExpertise in architecture and a solid understanding of building systems and construction methodsProficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and technologiesExperience handling submittals and ensuring adherence to project requirementsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team membersProfessional architectural license is preferredProven ability to be flexible in a fast paced environmentBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related fieldExperience in commercial base building projects and familiarity with local building codes is highly beneficial
