This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, meeting prospective clients, and helping turn opportunities into new business.A Sales Role With Built-In Lead GenerationThis position is designed as a tandem sales approach. A dedicated remote lead generator is responsible for prospecting and scheduling appointments. Your role begins once those meetings are booked—conducting site walkthroughs, assessing the client’s needs, and preparing professional proposals. In other words, qualified appointments are scheduled for you, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing business.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend scheduled site visits with prospective clientsConduct walkthroughs of commercial facilities to assess cleaning needsDevelop scopes of work and prepare proposalsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate service plansMaintain records of site visits, proposals, and follow-upsRepresent the company professionally during client interactionsQualifications1–3 years of sales, customer service, estimating, or related experience preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsOrganized with strong attention to detailComfortable working independently and managing appointmentsValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredExperience in janitorial, facilities services, or B2B services is a plusCompensation & BenefitsBase salary plus commissionMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off401(k)Mileage reimbursement for business travelWork EnvironmentHeavy local travel for client site visitsOne day per week in the officeFlexible scheduling based on client availabilityPowered by JazzHR
