Candidate must also maintain a neat work area, acceptable productivity levels and a consistent and acceptable level of quality. The position requires assertiveness for reporting any quality/workmanship to lead supervisor or manager. The candidate must be comfortable working in a high energy, highly repetitive, production environmentPrincipal Duties & Responsibilities:Handling of own materials per custom order requirementsVerify that multiple work orders are ready for a fast and smooth transition.Verifying quality inspection of materials before production runs as well as including color and quantity check, assuring customer satisfaction.Duties including and are not limited to. Quality inspection, small button assembly, packaging and processing of small / large custom sales and production orders.Job Specifications:Must have skills to distinguish, subtle differences in colorMust be able to work overtime when warrantedNeed to be organized and detailed orientedBasic PC skillsMust be able to lift up to 40 poundsHigh School diploma or equivalentMust be able to work in the US without sponsorshipOther duties as requiredDescribe Supervision received:Work performed under direct and detailed instructionUnder direction as to assignments, general methods of execution, with periodic review of assignmentsUnder general direction as to broad assignments.
