Cleans up after work is complete.Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed.Minimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent.Knowledge of basic building maintenance required either through training or experience.Preferred QualificationsMinimum of one (1) year in skilled maintenance work.Technical training in one or more building trades preferred.Knowledge And SkillsTake direction from the supervisor.Read, write, do basic math, and follow instructions.Flexible to change work plans.Maintain a professional personal appearance.Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).This is a brief description summarizing the abilities and skills needed for the position.
