Hair Stylist

We’re looking for a few happy energetic stylists to join our fun team. Sharkey's Cuts for Kids is a Kid friendly Family salon for both kids and adults. We are looking for amazing stylists to join our team who naturally smile, have a friendly nature, an upbeat, positive attitude, and actively seek out, greet and engage all guests in conversation. Hair Stylist Compensation: This is a fully paid hourly position including tips, bonuses and commissions. Signing bonus Base pay + Commissions + Bonus + great tips Retirement: 401K Flexible hours / No late hours Fun environment. Very competitive salary Hair Stylist Responsibility: Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations. Ensure all treatments meet high-quality standards. Maintain cleanliness of salon. Taking appointments and operating the Point-of-Sale software system. Ability to work with kids. Ability to listen to and communicate with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction. Provide full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow drying, and styling. Hair Stylist Qualification: Current Cosmetology license for this state.
