It is expected that a contractor will have from 20-40 hours per week available for billable work, marketing, education, training, and onboarding discussions.This role requires no prior certifications or training – though it's beneficial for you to have invested in an ICF, iPEC, or similar nationally recognized Coaching Certifications for consultative coaching.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Responding to and reaching out to inbound marketing resultsConducting alignment Zoom calls with prospects and clients to understand employment needs, goals, and desires before signing up for services.Delivering services engagements that last from 3 days or spread over 5-9 weeks depending on the services requested.Attend all scheduled CareerCOACH weekly All Coach and individual meetingsTRAINING:As part of the contract engagement, you will receive over 150 hours of training provided over 2 months, twice weekly, to bring together your current knowledge into the CareerCOACH System™. We provide access to our Google Classroom training platform supported with live semi-weekly trainings.
