🚀 Hiring: Cloud IAM Integration Lead / Architect📍 Location: Ireland (Dublin), Ireland, or Anywhere in Europe (Hybrid)💼 Job Type: Full-time (FTE)🌐 Work Mode: Hybrid🔍 About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Cloud IAM Integration Lead / Architect who can drive both execution and modernization initiatives across enterprise identity platforms.This role will play a critical part in integrating acquired entities into a unified identity ecosystem, supporting the transition from traditional Active Directory environments to modern cloud-based identity platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra and enterprise IAM governance.🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deliver, and govern identity integrations for acquired entitiesDefine and execute both interim and target-state IAM architecturesLead secure authentication, federation, and cross-tenant access strategiesDrive consolidation into a global, multi-geo Microsoft 365 tenantEnsure seamless identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver – JML)Manage identity mapping, attribute alignment, and multi-directory integrationsCoordinate IAM dependencies with enterprise platforms such as Oracle Cloud HCM and SaviyntCollaborate with cross-functional teams (HRIS, Security, Infrastructure, Applications)Enable enterprise-wide access during M&A integration phases while maintaining security and complianceSupport phased migrations, coexistence models, and long-term IAM strategy🛠️ Skills & Experience RequiredStrong hands-on experience with:Microsoft Entra IDActive Directory & AD FSEntra Domain Services (EDS)OktaProven experience in IAM integrations for M&A scenariosHands-on experience with tenant consolidation and Tenant-to-Tenant (T2T) migrationsDeep expertise in:SaviyntEntra ID GovernanceMTO (Migration/Transformation Office) capabilitiesExperience managing identity lifecycle processes (JML) across complex environmentsStrong understanding of authentication, federation, and hybrid identity architecturesExperience integrating IAM with enterprise systems like Oracle Cloud HCMAbility to manage dependencies, sequencing, and large-scale integration programsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills🎯 What We’re Looking ForA hands-on technical leader who can also drive architecture and strategySomeone experienced in large-scale IAM transformations and M&A integrationsAbility to balance short-term integration needs with long-term modernization goalsStrong collaboration and orchestration skills across global teams📩 Interested candidates can apply directly via Easy Apply or send your CV to: swaroop.swain@dabster.net
