We partner with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations to navigate complexity, accelerate project timelines, and maintain a strong state of compliance and audit readiness.We are currently seeking aProject Controls Supportconsultant who will support the Automation Program Office for a large scale capital project in Lebanon, IN. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States, but will require occasional travel for onsite work. (5 days every 2 months on average)The purpose of this role is to support the Automation Program Management Office in the following areas:Cost and budget tracking including scope changesIssue TrackingReportingProject CommunicationRole ResponsibilitiesTrack changes to project automation budget and cumulative costsAnalyze cost variances using earned value management methodsPrepare cash flows, trends, and cost forecastsSupport preparation of cost estimates for project gate reviewsGeneration of monthly reports to stakeholdersManagement of a centralized issue tracking system and metrics dashboardAdministration of project automation integrated change controlSupport project wide communicationsSupport organization and delivery of training modules and eventsRole Requirements3+ years working experience in providing project management supportPrevious Pharmaceutical large project experienceExperience in supporting automation projectsAble to generate budgets and reportsKnowledge of P6 and MS ProjectExceptionally well organized with an aptitude for dataExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid networking and interpersonal skillsAt Pinnaql, people always come first.
