Apply today and a recruiter will follow up with the details.Minimum QualificationsAssociate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.Active Alabama State PTA license required to start the assignment.BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Recent experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.Experience with restorative therapy documentation and common SNF equipment preferred.Assignment DetailsFacility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Days: Monday through Friday with one weekend rotation per month.Shift Name: Other.Assignment Length: 13 week assignment.Telehealth components may be part of service delivery.Location HighlightsMoundville, AL offers proximity to regional cultural and outdoor attractions.
