Our team provides best-in-class operational solutions with technical knowledge and subject matter experts of building systems, envelopes, campus, and client operations.**Position Description:**The Site Director I will be responsible for leading all aspects of the site facilities operations including maintenance and custodial department day-to-day activities. They are also responsible for client relations and business development with the intention of creating long-term business relationships, executing contractual deliverables associated with client contracts. This includes participation and overseeing the implementation of policies, procedures and programs that will assure well-managed facilities, in coordination and conjunction with Hensel Phelps' and the client's goals and objectives.**Position Qualifications:**+ Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field, or combination of equivalent education and experience.
