Industrial HVAC Technician - Beaumont, TX - Hunton Services

Hunton Services, a division of the Hunton Group in Houston, TX, is seeking to hire an experienced Industrial Process HVAC Technician with expertise in servicing, repairing, and maintaining Industrial Process A/C equipment in and around Beaumont and Port Arthur. Ideal candidate must have previous experience servicing package and split systems, wall mount systems, mini-split systems, and will need to manage healthy customer relationships, have professional and effective communication skills, be proactive in conflict resolution, and be safety conscious.Come work for an industry leader that has been recognized both locally and nationally as one of the Top Places to Work!ResponsibilitiesService knowledge of Trane and other OEM A/C equipmentWill be required to perform preventive maintenance; log machine, wash coils, change belts, and filtersPerform maintenance contract inspections and annual inspectionsTroubleshoot and diagnose issues related to mechanical failures, air flow issues, and refrigeration issuesAble to replace motors, compressors, bearings, and system change-outsStartup and shutdown of A/C equipmentMaintain daily paperwork and provide written logs to customersQualificationsMust possess a valid Texas driver's license with a safe driving record (no violations within the past 3 years)Tech certifications and Factory training from other OEMs is a plusMust have a strong systems knowledge of Airside and Refrigeration cyclesKnowledge of pressurization systems is a plusRequirementsMust have a high school diploma or equivalent5 years' experience servicing Trane or other OEM A/C equipmentUniversal EPA refrigerant certificationMust be able to obtain a TWIC cardWilling to work overtime as neededJob Posted by ApplicantPro
