Job Description Buyer (Electronics & Components, Issuance) will manage procurement of electronic components and technically complex items, ensuring accurate requisition validation, supplier sourcing, and purchase order execution.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and validate purchase requisitions for electronic componentsConfirm technical specifications and required delivery timelinesSource and request quotations from qualified suppliersEvaluate bids, pricing, and lead times for electronic partsCoordinate with engineering to resolve technical questionsNegotiate pricing, lead times, and terms where applicableGenerate and issue purchase ordersEnsure accuracy of technical and commercial data in systemsMaintain compliance with procurement policies and controlsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)PO issuance lead timeAccuracy of component ordersSLA complianceIssue resolution turnaround timeRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field2–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably with electronics/componentsAbility to read and understand technical specifications or BOMsExperience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)Strong Excel skillsSupplier sourcing experience in electronics/components
