Associate Automation Manager Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Controls, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in industrial automation, robotics, controls, or related technologies. Experience leading or supervising technical teams in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and solve complex problems. Hands-on experience with automation systems and operational technologies preferred.
