Workday integration Architect

Role: Workday integration- Hand on Architect is neededClient: San Ramon, CADuration- Long term ContractOnsite role- 3/4 Days a week from Office based out in San Ramon CA Role Summary: Seeking an expert Workday Integration Architect Or SME to lead technical team onsite. MUST HAVE WORKDAY STUDIO AND Orchestration EXP Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of integration developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.Complex Architecture: Architect end-to-end integration solutions using Workday Studio, maintaining high standards for error handling and data security.API Management: Manage and optimize Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) and sophisticated XSLT transformations.Project Delivery: Oversee the full SDLC for integration projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-production support. Key Requirements:Certification: Workday Integration or Studio Certification is highly preferred.Technical Expertise: Very good understanding of Workday Studio, PECI, WECI, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation.Onsite Presence: Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week in the Bay Area to foster team collaboration and rapid decision-making.
