We are committed to collaborative care, meaningful progress, and supporting both our clients and our team.Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and reliable Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a 1099 contractor. This position offers a flexible, hybrid service model combining remote and in-person clinical responsibilities.Compensation$85.00/hour for Remote Services $100.00/hour for In-Person Services In-person services are compensated at a higher rate to account for the Contractor's responsibility for transportation, travel time, and all related expenses. The Contractor is responsible for all costs associated with travel and service delivery.Productivity IncentiveContractor may be eligible for additional compensation based on monthly billable service hours, defined as completed, documented, and reimbursable services. Incentive tiers are as follows: 80–99 billable hours/month: $300 100–119 billable hours/month: $600 120+ billable hours/month: $1,000 Incentives will be paid in the following pay cycle and are contingent upon claim approval and accurate documentation.Onboarding IncentiveContractor is eligible for a $1,000 onboarding incentive, contingent upon completion of billable services, distributed as follows: $500 upon completion of 30 billable hours $500 upon completion of 60 billable hours Billable hours must be completed, documented, and reimbursable. If Contractor discontinues services prior to meeting the required thresholds, any unpaid incentive amounts will be forfeited.Service Model Contractor agrees to provide a mix of remote and in-person services as clinically appropriate and mutually agreed upon. Services may be delivered in home, school, or community settings, in addition to telehealth. Responsibilities Conduct assessments (e.g., functional behavior assessments, reassessments) Develop and update individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and protocol modification (97155) Conduct caregiver training (97156) Collaborate with families, BTs, RBTs, and other stakeholders Review data and ensure treatment integrity and progress Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with payer requirements Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing Active state licensure (or ability to obtain) Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and related disorders Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently as a contractor Additional Details Flexible scheduling (up to 30 hours a week immediately) Hybrid model with emphasis on clinical appropriateness Contractor (1099) position
