Qualifications Expertise in Water Damage and Water Damage RestorationSkills in Mitigation techniques and managing challenges related to Invasive SpeciesStrong verbal and written Communication skills for engaging with clients and team membersAbility to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlinesWillingness to work in physically demanding environments and adapt to changing conditionsExperience in restoration or similar fields is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; related certifications are beneficial
