Key ResponsibilitiesInstall residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductworkRemove and replace existing HVAC equipment in homesEnsure all installations meet local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standardsPerform system start-ups, testing, and basic troubleshooting after installationAccurately complete job documentation and work ordersCommunicate professionally with homeowners and team membersMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications1+ year of experience as an HVAC Installer (residential preferred)Working knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and installation techniquesAbility to read and understand basic blueprints, schematics, and installation manualsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbility to lift up to 50lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditionsStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset Preferred (Not Required)Additional HVAC certifications or trade school trainingExperience with new construction or retrofit residential installsBrazing, refrigerant charging, and duct modification experience
