Physician / Cardiology - Interventional / Florida / Permanent / Jacksonville area

--Opening for a BE/BC Interventional Cardiologist with coronary and peripheral skills. No structural work with this positon. --Join an existing, well-established private practice of 6 cardiologists ? 4 Interventionalists, 1 non-interventionalist and 1 EP --Practice is located across the street from the Hospital --The hospital has 6 labs, 4 cardiac and Peripheral, one or two full time EP labs --The hospital has a busy coronary interventional program including an established structural program --The cardiologists will travel one day per week or less to a sub office for clinic --The group is on call rotation (1:5 or 6) for its own patients --Once per month call may coincide with the hospital STEMI call --Typically have at least 25-40 patients in the hospital census - and ARNP?s to assist rounding including weekends --The group admits patients through the hospitalists or PCP?s and our cardiologists only are consulting for cardiology or peripheral issues ----The volume of this practice is high, the referrals come from over 100 referral sources and there is a very large population of established patients --There will be some general cardiology for everyone in the group, but the EP and interventionalists will be an extremely busy with PV and coronary cases Compensation package is Base salary guarantee plus Productivity bonus, 4 weeks CME/ PTO, Paid CME, health ins, dues, cell phone, etc.
