Company DescriptionJob DescriptionHours: Full Time- 35 Hours Work Location: 30-30 Thomson Avenue, LIC, NY 11101 The Department of Design and Construction, Finance & Procurement Division seeks a Senior Budget Analyst. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following budget and analysis activities within the IFA team. Manage the IFA/DOT portfolio by monitor requisition submitted to OMB for accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include maintaining the IFA Capital Project Roster which involves including monitoring to ensure sufficient funding is available in FMS, creating budget codes in compliance with Local Finance Laws, generating IFA reports using information from FMS and DDC internal databases. In addition, the Senior Budget Analyst will maintain IFA metric reporting for weekly review with the CFO and executive director, train new team members on how to maintain IFA reports, create and maintain flowcharts documenting current processes including use of both internal and external systems. Authorization to work in the United States is required for this position. COMMUNITY COORDINATOR - 56058 QualificationsA baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above; or High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above; or Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" or "2" above. However, all candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in "1" above.
