Handyman/Contractor

Overview Elevated Living is hiring an experienced, reliable handyman to join our team. Reporting to our team lead, the successful applicant will be responsible for services that include TV Mounting, Furniture Assembly, and miscellaneous tasks in residential high-rise buildings. Our ideal candidate: Must have active liability insurance Must have reliable transportation Must provide their own tools Skilled in traditional handyman services but can also help with technology handyman services (smart home, audio/visual, etc.). Skills in both would be ideal but not required. Skills include mounting TVs, assembling furniture, installing closet organizers, running wires through the wall, painting, etc. Working in a similar field now, and can take time to devote to Elevated Living clientele. Open and able to train future Handymen for Elevated Living. Employ safe and risk-free tactics when working. Uses professional precautions to avoid causing damage to walls, furniture, and appliances Needs to be accountable, reliable, dependable, and professional; customer experience is #1. Additional Skills - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely. - Experience with basic electrical systems - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues. - Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently. - Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
