As an ERC, you need to think quickly but in a controlled manner to ensure the property owner that you can take care of their property. ERCs are dynamic speakers and comfortable when interacting in both one-on-one and group settings.Why Join the Team? We will need you to build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and sign mitigation work to stabilize and secure the structure and prevent further damage to the property. Our current ERCs yearly pay range from $50,000 to $100,000+ depending on their production.
