Licensed P-7 Plumber in Connecticut - Water & Sewer Installation of New Residential Projects
Location: Hamden, CT & New Haven, CT
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Connecticut P-7 Plumber for new residential water service and sanitary sewer tie-in work in Hamden and New Haven.
Requirements
Valid CT P-7 Plumbing License
Licensed and insured
Workers’ Compensation coverage if you have employees working on-site
Bonded for any required street or public right-of-way work
Experience with municipal water and sewer mains
Ability to pull permits and coordinate all required inspections
Scope of Work – Water Service
Manifold into the existing house water service line between the municipal water main and the existing curb valve (water main → house)
Install a separate curb vault with acurb shut-off valve
Install a water meter pit set at 4'-6" depth
Copper pipe in and out of the water meter vault
Transition from copper to a pre-positioned poly service line at the property line
Trenching approximately 8 feet (from sidewalk to area in front of the existing curb valve)
Scope of Work – Sanitary Sewer
Install and connect a 4" sanitary drain line to the municipal sewer main
Trenching approximately 10 feet into the roadway
Complete sewer main tie-in per local authority requirements
Permitting & Inspections
Plumber is responsible for obtaining all required permits
Coordinate and pass all inspections for:
Water service connection
Sanitary sewer tie-in
Coordinate with local water and sewer authorities as required
Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
License/Certification:
