This role manages the full sales cycle - from prospecting and presentations to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships - while collaborating with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referralsBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and growthConduct presentations and service demonstrations tailored to client needsNegotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreementsCollaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service deliveryTrack sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM toolsMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsStay current on industry trends, competitors, and market conditionsQualificationsAbility and willingness to travel 75% of the timeHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferredBackground in business or marketing with extensive field experienceProven track record of meeting sales goalsSkills in territory management, presentations, performance management, relationship-building, negotiation, and sales planningStrong computer skills and ability to work independentlyValid driver's licenseThis position requires Level 2 background screening through Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
