After reviewing the job router and engineering drawings, you set up and run CNC grinding and milling equipment to precise specifications. Throughout the day you verify measurements, make minor offsets, replace dull tooling, and log each operation in the job tracking system—owning product quality through OOQ and GMP/GDP practices. You collaborate with your Team Leader to resolve challenges, complete preventive maintenance checklists, and suggest process enhancements that boost throughput without compromising safety or compliance.What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC machines to spec, following work instructions, programs, and drawings within defined tolerances.Execute complex machining on a range of metals where extremely close tolerances are required.Change worn tooling; apply minor offsets/adjustments to compensate for tool wear.Own quality using operator‐owned quality (OOQ); measure with appropriate gauges and interpret results.Complete daily machine checklists and follow the preventive maintenance schedule.Perform hand finishing to meet final requirements.Adhere to GMP/GDP; accurately complete job routers/cards and documentation.Promote safe work practices; identify and report Safety, Health & Environmental concerns.Hit productivity targets and propose improvements to increase efficiency.Record all work promptly in the job tracking system.Drive and support Continuous Improvement activities.Escalate manufacturing issues to the Team Leader/Supervisor and assist with resolution.Maintain 5S standards and a spotless work area.Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.What's In It For You Competitive payGrowth and learning opportunitiesSupport when you need itHealth coverage starting right awayAn inclusive, team‐oriented cultureWork‐life harmonyWe believe everyone contributes to our success.
