Customer Service Representative
Job DescriptionRoll & Hill is seeking a Customer Service Representative ("CSR") to join our team. We strive to sell the highest quality products and the CSR will be responsible for the paralleled support that accompanies them. This position is integral to the team and applicants should have an extremely high regard for the satisfaction of our customers. The CSR will be responsible for the following aspects of the Customer Experience: • Assist customer inquiries (by telephone or email) for technical information about our products; • Communicate pertinent order information to customers (or Sales team)—e.g., scheduling changes, partial shipments; • Coordinate service and after-sale claims; • Maintain positive customer relations; and • Liaise between cross-functional teams to solve problems. Job RequirementA minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. Experience in the design or lighting industry is preferred.
