Everyone receives 3 flexible remote days per month and 6 additional Friday PTO days each year! And, we offer half-day Fridays – every Friday!The Policy Conservation Specialist is responsible for meeting production standards and a retention quota to ensure GTL's Key Results are achieved. The person in this position will also provide ongoing feedback on what is going well and areas for improvement/growth.Key Responsibilities IncludeProvide customers with policy information or opportunities to lower premiums in order to retain coverageProvide superior customer serviceCompliance with company policiesIdentify process improvement opportunitiesAbility to make independent decisions, multitask and prioritize tasksAbility to work well with other internal departments to meet company goalsQualificationsEducation and Skills:High school graduateOutstanding telephone skills, including voice tone and courtesyStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team environmentProven written communication and organizational skillsStrong problem-solving skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office SkillsKnowledge of Health & Life Insurance products a plusLicensed Agent a plusRecent conservation/customer service experience a plusThe pay range provided is not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will depend on several factors such as specific competencies, relevant education and experience, qualifications, and industry certifications.
