NetSuite ERP Techno Functional ConsultantLocation: Garden Grove, CaliforniaWork Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (Onsite)No of positions - 2 (1 - finance domain & 1- Manufacturing domain)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and driven Techno/Functional NetSuite ERP Consultant to join our manufacturing operations team in Garden Grove, California.This role acts as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating operational requirements into scalable NetSuite ERP solutions while actively contributing to platform configuration, customization, and support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing Finance, Inventory, and Manufacturing operations through continuous ERP improvements and process enhancements. Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing teams. Configure and customize NetSuite modules including:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Fixed AssetsInventory ManagementWork Orders & AssembliesDevelop and maintain:SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.x)SuiteFlow workflowsSaved searchesCustom recordsForms and reportsLead and support NetSuite implementation projects, module rollouts, system upgrades, and third-party integrations.Work with REST/SOAP APIs and iPaaS tools for integrations.Perform data migration activities, testing (Unit Testing/UAT), and go-live support.Create user training documentation and provide end-user support.Provide Tier 2/3 production support and manage enhancements through Jira-based ticketing and change management processes.Collaborate closely with IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to improve ERP capabilities and manufacturing business processes.Required Qualifications4–5 years of hands-on experience working with NetSuite ERP in a manufacturing environment. Strong experience in NetSuite Finance modules:GLAPARFixed AssetsMulti-Book / Multi-CurrencyExperience with Inventory & Supply Chain modules:Inventory ManagementAssembliesBOMWork OrdersDemand PlanningProficiency in:SuiteScript 2.x (JavaScript)SuiteFlowSuiteTalk Web ServicesCSV Import/ExportStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience in full-cycle NetSuite implementations or major module rollouts.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Must be comfortable working fully onsite at the Garden Grove, CA office (5 Days WFO).Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)NetSuite SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant Certification.Experience with NetSuite WMS (Warehouse Management System).Familiarity with integration platforms such as Celigo or similar iPaaS tools.Background in:AccountingSupply Chain ManagementIndustrial Engineering
